* Behave honestly and with integrity.

* It is Mandatory to comply with National standard dress attire.
* Take responsible steps to avoid and conflict of interest.
* No person is to distribute or consume any illicit substances, narcotics or alcohol whilst conducting on, before or off duty.
* All employees must be cleanly shaven and in full uniform before shift starts.
* All employees to be on site 15 minutes prior to commencing work.
* Continual late attendance will leave you subject to disciplinary action.
* No fight or inappropriate language in the workplace.
* All employees of National security are to sign on and off before and after every shift.
* Cancelation of any shift must be notified 24hrs before shift starts to rostering manager.
* All employees of National security must attend any mandatory meeting or training.
* CONFINDENTIALITY- Employees are not to discuss any National policies, procedure or confidential information relating National clients or the operation of any site to any unauthorised person. National CONSIDERS ANY BREACH OF CONFINDENTIALTIY as very serious misconduct and will result in disciplinary action.
* No smoking whilst on duty.
* The use of mobile phones is permitted ONLY in case of an emergency and on breaks.
Breach of this conduct may result in disciplinary action including but not limited to termination of employment of any employee in breach of the code of conduct.
